FRETT - „The World as a Hologram”
39'33 '' of the magical trance from which I did
not want to wake up, shake off. Perfectly selected sounds composed in vibrating
living harmony, electrifying, sharp and stimulating the central nervous system,
mesmerizing and intensive - that’s what
you get on „The World as a Hologram” by the project FRETT.
I started writing about this album relatively
late, which does not mean that I had not had it on my ears earlier. Released in
September 2020, it bought the fans of fine industrial and idm on the spot. Maciek
Frett, the author of the project, is totally into industrial - apart from being
half of the Job Karma duo, he is also the creator and organizer of many
alternative festivals, such as Wroclaw Industrial Festival, Energy of Sound, or
Wroclaw Underwater, so it seems music is literally running through his
bloodstream. Anna Frett accompanies him on vocals.
The music on
„The World…” pulsates with a wild, untamed rhythm, it invigorates and
hypnotizes, it makes you dive into an isolated world of cold, raw sounds. You
let them flow uncontrollable, isolate your mind from other thoughts, Focus
purely on the melody you hear and let it take control over your mind and body. At
the same time, it's very energetic - perfect for dance trance. The legal drug, you might say.
It’s an exceptional album, truly; brilliant
„Dreams”, Two Cups” or „Isolation” are true gems, I wholeheartedly recommend
it, if you haven’t had a chance to give a listen, don’t wait any longer!

39’33’’ magicznego transu z którego nie chciałam się wybudzić, otrząsnąć.
Perfekcyjnie dobrane i złożone w wibrująca żywą całość dźwięki, energetyczne, ostre
i pobudzające centralny układ nerwowy, hipnotyzujące i intensywne – oto mieszanka
jaką znajdziecie na „The World as a Hologram” projektu FRETT.
Późno zabrałam się za opisywanie tego albumu, co nie znaczy, że nie miałam
go już wielokrotnie na uszach. Wydany we wrześniu 2020, z miejsca kupił fanów
wyrafinowanego industrialu i idm. Maciek Frett, twórca projektu, to człowiek,
który w industrialu siedzi po uszy – oprócz tego, że jest połówką duetu formacji
Job Karma, jest także twórcą i organizatorem wielu alternatywnych wydarzeń, jak
Wrocław Industrial Festival, Podwodny Wrocław czy Energia Dźwięku, tak więc
muzyka jest chyba w jego krwioobieg wpisana na stale. Na wokalu towarzyszy mu Anna
Frett.
Muzyka na „The World…” pulsuje trochę dzikim, nieokiełznanym rytmem,
pobudza a jednocześnie hipnotyzuje, sprawia, że zatapiamy się w odizolowanym
świecie surowych, zimnych dźwięków, pozwalamy im płynąć w sposób niekontrolowany,
izolować nasz umysł od innych myśli, skupiać się tylko i wyłącznie na melodii. Jednocześnie
jest to materiał, który pobudza, jest cudownie energetyczny – idealny na
taneczny szał. Taki legalny narkotyk.
To naprawdę świetny album, genialne „Dreams”, Two Cups” czy „Isolation” to
prawdziwe perełki, z całego serca polecam, jeśli jeszcze nie mieliście go na
uszach, najwyższy czas nadrobić!
