XX Wrocław Industrial Festival

 

XXth edition of Wroclaw Industrial Festival...wow, wow, wow...huge respect and bravo to the organizers for keeping the event going for so many years and in such a great style! I remember WIF one of the first music discoverises when I arrived in Wroclaw to study. I started my WIF experience from the 2nd edition. It was always Gothic Hall, but back then it was terribly cold inside, so keeping up with th entire lineup was quite a challange. But it was a real mind-opener. A sign that music is much more than just a regular beat and melody. That it can be played on anything and that the experience, the impression of the sound is something universal - enough to keep mind and heart open.

It hasn't changed since then - WIF is a place to be for those who seek novelty, freshness and fantastic atmosphere. Brilliant line-up including LARMO,  FRETT, FJERNLYS, GENEVIÉVE PASQUIER, DIVE, WINTERKÄLTE, FLINT GLASS, THE DEVIL AND THE UNIVERSE, SUICIDE COMMANDO AND KOLLAPS was like fresh air, freedom and energy release vent. Thank you!
